The Gatehouse
The Gatehouse is by far our quaintest property. It has a lounge, kitchen and bathroom with the one bedroom located upstairs. It is located at Nutbrown Farm which is situated in Holtspur.
Nearby Facilities
The village of Holtspur which is situated just to the west of Beaconsfield has a range of local shops and convenience stores, its own well regarded primary school and the Beacon Leisure Centre. Nearby Beaconsfield New Town centre offers a wide range of shops including well known supermarkets. Beaconsfield has its own railway station (Chiltern Line) to Wembley and London Marylebone in under half an hour. The M40 and M25 motorways are also within easy reach. The area is well known for its excellent private and state schools and the retention of grammar school system. There are good sporting facilities in the area including golf, rugby, tennis and cricket clubs and leisure facilities.
This location is a short drive away from Beaconsfield New and Old Towns which offer an excellent range of shopping and school facilities with a variety of restaurants.
This property offers excellent connections via the M40 junctions 2 and 3 giving access to London, Heathrow, Oxford and the M25. The mainline station serving London Marylebone is located in the centre of Beaconsfield New Town with a fast service in approximately 30 minutes.
